The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, a strong communicator, both oral and written, possess the ability to multi-task with efficiency, maintain customer awareness and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining an efficient scheduling of service work, including emergency work needs, accurately responding to customer inquiries, ensuring any necessary follow up with customer questions, and service billing for the Rockland office. Prior service dispatch experience required.
