The Annual Lobsterbake returns to The Lincoln Home Saturday, August 12, with a lively five member bluegrass band, The Sandy River Ramblers.  The fundraiser will be held 4-7pm under a large tent, rain or shine.  Mouthwatering Maine lobsters, barbecue chicken, Damariscotta River oysters, corn on the cob, potatoe and pasta salads, and delicious blueberry cake will be served. Two bicycles and two kayaks are being raffled that evening. Wine and beer will be available.

Tickets are $55  for lobster or chicken, $65  for both lobster and chicken and  kids under 5 get a free hot dog meal.  All proceeds go to the Resident’s Financial Assistance Fund.  The Lincoln Home is a non-profit assisted living community, sitting on the banks of the Damariscotta River at 22 River Road, in Newcastle.
