Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 17-23. 

    Caleb E.D. Peacock, 54, of Caribou, refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast Dec. 23, 2020, dismissed. 

    Joshua Breault, 54, of Stockton Springs, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Nov. 19, 2021, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Robert M. Heintz, 73, of Thorndike, reckless conduct in Thorndike May 16, 2022, dismissed.

    Dakota D. Hustus, 26, of Milford, endangering the welfare of a child in Belfast Feb. 7, dismissed; reckless conduct in Belfast Feb. 7, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast Feb. 7, dismissed. 

    Shae R. Garton, 36, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Knox June 7, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 1, unconditional discharge; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 20, 48 hours in jail. 

    Christopher F. Ratte, 38, of Vassalboro, operating a snowmobile to endanger in Burnham Feb. 24, $100 fine; operating a snowmobile on a public way in Burnham Feb. 24, $100 fine. 

    Mariah Bustard, 29, of Vassalboro, operating while license revoked or suspended in Thorndike Sept. 6, dismissed.

    Kyle C. Connor, 38, of Bucksport, criminal mischief in Stockton Springs Aug. 31, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Aug. 31, $250 fine. 

    Daniel T. Oakes, 42, of Rockland, operation of a defective vehicle in Searsport Aug. 16, $25 fine. 

    Russell H. Fuller, 62, of Albion, night hunting in Knox Oct. 31, 2020, dismissed; hunting or possessing deer during closed season in Knox Oct. 31, 2020, dismissed; using artificial light to illuminate wild animals in Knox Oct. 31, 2020, $1,000 fine; illegal transportation of an animal or bird in Knox Oct. 31, 2020, $500 fine.
