LINCOLNVILLE – The Planning Board in Lincolnville will convene at 7 p.m. at the Lincolnville Town Office to consider an application to site a retail store at the intersection of Thurlow and Beach roads, at Drake Corner. 

Gorrill Palmer has been retained by Primax Properties to assist in the design for the proposed store. Matt Rabasco, of Gorrill-Palmer, will be presenting, according to the meeting’s agenda.

The meeting will begin first with the continued review of a plan proposed by Sam Planning to add another storage building onto Map 31, Lot 3. Planning will be presenting the requested stormwater treatment plan developed by the Gartley & Dorsky firm, the agenda said.
