BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 21-27. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Oct. 21

Eric E. Gabin, 46, of Searsport, was issued a summons for failure to report an accident by the quickest means on Swan Lake Ave.

Oct. 23

Takota W. Lenfest, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for two counts of domestic violence assault on Searsport Ave. 

Oct. 24

Roland Ladd, 53, of Belfast, was issued a summons for possession of a schedule W drug on High Street. 

Oct. 27

Benjamin W. Young, 45, of Matinicus, was arrested for domestic violence assault and violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave.
