WALDOBORO — Haley Annabelle Puchalski  has been named Medomak Valley High School’s DAR Good Citizen for the class of 2024.

Puchalski, the student of Katlin and Deneb Puchalski of of Waldoboro, is a driven dedicated, and caring student with an impressive academic and athletic record. A member of the MVHS chapter of the National Honor Society, Puchalski also holds numerous coaches awards and high academic standard awards for soccer, basketball and softball. She has been recognized as a student of the month for two years, has been awarded most valuable player in soccer, and earned perfect attendance last year. 

Puchalski is involved in numerous activities including dancing with the Dance Maineia Company, Environmental Clean Up, Waldoboro Day volunteer, several junior Olympic teams, and volunteerism for youth clinics throughout the sports seasons.

A positive and caring student, she is known for her inclusiveness and her independence.
