Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 3-9. 

    Joseph R. Sampson, 55, of Bangor, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 15, 2021, four days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Richard A. Bock, 21, of Glenburn, domestic violence assault in Belfast Dec. 8, 2021, six months in jail and probation revoked. 

    Timothy A. Mello, 43, of Orrington, violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Oct 31, 2021, 90 days in jail; violating a protection order in Stockton Springs Dec. 27, 2021, four years in prison with all but nine months one day suspended and two years of probation; harassment by telephone in Stockton Springs Dec. 27, 2021, 90 days in jail; violating a protection order in Stockton Springs Jan. 17, 2022, nine months one day in prison; domestic violence stalking in Stockton Springs Jan. 17, 2022, 180 days in jail; harassment by telephone in Stockton Springs Jan. 17, 2022, 180 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Jan. 17, 2022, 90 days in jail; failure to appear after bailed in Belfast Feb. 7, nine months one day in prison; violating a condition of release in Winterport July 3, 90 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport July 3, $250 fine.

    Benjamin W. Staples, 30, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast June 13, 18 months in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 31, six months in jail. 

    Everett Hall, 57, of Belfast, aiding in escape in Belfast March 25, dismissed. 

    Christopher F. Ratte, 38, of Vassalboro, operating a snowmobile on a public way in Burnham Feb. 24, dismissed. 

    William L. Gagon Jr., 40, of Waterville, burglary in Liberty Aug. 9, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty Aug. 9, dismissed.

    Alfred Charette, 35, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Liberty Aug. 24, $500 fine. 

    Thomas Tucker, 62, of Belfast, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Frankfort Aug. 24, dismissed. 

    Jonathon R. Littlefield, 43, of Belfast, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast Nov. 3, 48 hours in jail. 

    Daniel J. Wellman, 49, of Lincolnville, operating/permitting operation of an unregistered motorboat in Lincolnville Aug. 17, $100 fine. 

    Robert S, Gatof, 64, of Sherborn, Massachusetts, operating without safety equipment in Lincolnville Sept. 3, $100 fine.
